The British Heart Foundation
The British Heart Foundation has lots of helpful information and resources, including advice on work, relationships, travelling, driving and caring for someone with a heart condition.
There is also a helpline for patients and carers.

Eastbourne And District Cardiac Support Group
A local support group where people living with a heart condition can make friends, share experiences and support each other. Monthly meetings include a guest speaker, light refreshments and time to socialise.
The group meets on the last Wednesday of the month at 2.30pm
